House Rules: 1. Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood. 2. No smoking allowed 3. No parties or events. 4. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. 5. The maximum property capacity is 10 people. 6. Quiet time after 11 p.m. 7. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room. 8. Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin. 9. Keep sand outside of house, use outdoor shower, and shake towels dry of sand. 10. Beach towels shall be returned following use to bathroom before departure. 11. Please clean all feet and hands prior to entering pool and hot tub to minimize sand 12. Please use the pool and hot tub only between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. 13. Keep a close eye on your kids while in and around pool and hot tub area. 14. No pets allowed unless otherwise permitted 15. Make sure to turn off the lights and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door. 16. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests. 17. Wash the dishes and throw out the garbage before checkout. By booking guests agree to the liability waiver terms outlined here: Pool and Hot tub Waiver and Release of Liability Form Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. BY STAYING AT 518 CHERRY ST YOU CHOSE TO ADHERE TO THIS DOCUMENT, YOU CHOOSE TO WAIVE CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE. To: Aaron Overhiser (Owner of Property, Releasees) I, (Tenant), wish to swim at the pool and hot tub facilities during the length of stay at your vacation home. By swimming in the vacation home pool and hot tub, I recognize and fully understand certain things, including: 1. Use of the pool and hot tub at the tenants own risk. My (Tenant) use of the pool facilities during my stay involves certain risks, including but not limited to: A. The risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the pool and hot tub B. The risk of injury resulting from falling over obstacles in the pool and hot tub area; C. The risk of injury resulting from swimmers colliding; D. The risk of injuries resulting from participating in any action in the pool and hot tub. 2. An adult must be present at all times. 3. Tenants and guests must practice reasonable caution when using the pool and hot tub. 4. No diving at all. 5. Landlord is in no way responsible for injuries incurred by tenant or guests 6. The pool and hot tub is not guaranteed to sustain any constant temperature due to weather and other natural causes. Landlord is not responsible for any loss of use that may result from weather, maintenance or any other circumstance that might deem the pool and hot tub temporarily unusable. 7. All necessary maintenance/repairs to the pool and hot tub will be the responsibility of the Landlord, except when such repairs are due to negligence or misuse by the Tenant. 8. Tenant will be held responsible for any damage caused to the pool or hot tub, cleaners, equipment or surrounding area and charged for the correction of the problem. 9. If this agreement is broken, the Landlord at any time can remove pool and hot tub privileges. In exchange for the Owner allowing me to utilize the pool and hot tub area during my stay, I hereby agree to the conditions below. I fully intend and choose to give up the legal rights, as stated below: 1. TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that I have or may have in the future against the Owner, its directors, officers, employees, agent, or representatives (hereinafter referred to as the “Releasees”) relating to my use of the pool and pool area; 2. TO RELEASE THE RELEASEES from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury, expense, or other cost that I may suffer or that my next of kin may suffer in connection with my use of the Releasees pool, hot tub, and surrounding area to any cause whatsoever, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES. 3. That I am over the age of 18 and that I am responsible and will adhere to all the rules of the property. 4. That this Waiver, Release, and Agreement is fully effective and shall be effective and binding upon me, and my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and assigns, or anyone else authorized to act on my behalf or on behalf of my estate. I have read and understood this document. By committing to stay at 518 Cherry St, I am waiving certain legal rights that I may have against the Releasees, and I fully agree to do so. I also agree to follow all of the above rules and to comply with the good neighbor policy.

Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire property, featuring amenities such as a luxurious pool, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor bar, grill, pizza oven and a welcoming wrap around porch area, among others, ensuring a stay that is both comfortable and memorable.
